Ohana Imaging Solutions is a locally owned, sonographer-owned outpatient echocardiography practice in downtown Honolulu. We help patients across Oʻahu get timely, high-quality echocardiograms, often within days instead of months. We work closely with interpreting cardiologists and referring physicians, and we treat every patient like ʻohana.

What You’ll Do

• Perform complete adult transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE)
• Acquire 2D, M-mode, color and spectral Doppler images, plus GLS strain when indicated
• Take accurate measurements and recognize abnormal findings
• Follow escalation protocols for critical findings
• Document exams accurately and maintain imaging records
• Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, including kūpuna and their families
• Help shape quality assurance and protocols in a growing practice

What We’re Looking For

• Independent experience performing complete adult TTEs
• RDCS (AE) or RCS credential preferred
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology and pathology
• Comfortable working independently in a small outpatient setting
• Philips and strain imaging experience a plus
• Associate degree or equivalent training; bachelor’s preferred

Schedule
Monday–Saturday availability, with flexible scheduling based on your availability. Per diem, vacation coverage, part-time and full-time options available.

Compensation
$70–80 per hour, based on experience and credentials.
