Job Description

Full-time Executive Assistant opportunity in Honolulu. This role will provide administrative support to company executives and assist with daily operations including but not limited to managing schedules, arranging meetings and events, and preparing corporate reports. 


Ideal candidates have previous administrative experience, a high level of professionalism, and excellent organizational skills. 


Addition​al Responsibilities:


  • Assist the company presidents with daily operations
  • Coordinate company schedules, plan meetings and company events, send appropriate reminders
  • Handle travel arrangements for executives
  • Prepare and file corporate reports, mailings, memos, and other relevant documents
  • Maintain and order the office inventory 
  • Handle other administrative tasks such as answering incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages, managing correspondences, copying and faxing, etc.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative experience on an executive level
  • High level of professionalism and business etiquette
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
