Job Description

Local health care provider is looking for a qualified temporary Executive Assistant to provide admin support to the CEO, CMO and BoD. This role will cover for an employee on parental leave from mid-July through the end of the year.

 

 

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with administrative duties related to the Chief Executives and Board of Directors.
  • Maintain schedules for Chief Executives.
  • Take, organize and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and proofread letters, memos, reports, and other correspondences.
  • Produce documents and projects, including complex charts and slide presentations.
  • Assist with handling travel arrangements and interview schedules.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy files.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

 

 

 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of high level admin experience and/or experience working with executive level staff. Healthcare experience is beneficial but not required
  • Previous experience with confidential interactions and executive support
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of minimum 45-60 WPM.
  • Work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to work overtime during critical deadlines.
