We’re a small, family-owned business looking for a professional Executive Assistant to support our Vice President and help keep the office running smoothly.
Act professionally and communicate clearly
Take initiative and follow through without constant reminders
Are organized, dependable, and consistent in how you work
Notice patterns, catch inconsistencies, and connect details into the bigger picture
Ask questions early and think a few steps ahead
Are comfortable learning new systems and processes
Care about accuracy, confidentiality, and doing things the right way
Support the Vice President with administrative, coordination, and follow-up work
Help keep routine tasks on schedule (payroll support, onboarding steps, documentation)
Assist with office, event, and receptionist coverage as needed
Flag issues early and help prevent problems before they escalate
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
Good judgment and ability to handle confidential information
Prior HR experience is a plus, but not required.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
In-person at our office (not remote)
Occasional evenings or weekends for deadlines or events
Consistent, reliable attendance is required
Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
