STAT Medical, Inc. is a locally owned, family-operated business that has proudly served our community for over 45 years. We are looking for a dedicated Field Operations Supervisor to lead our delivery team with a supportive, hands-on approach. In this role, you are the backbone of a department that ensures our patients receive essential medical equipment and care they need, exactly when they need it. We are seeking a leader who values stability, teamwork, and the high standards that come with our nearly five-decade reputation for excellence.

Someone who can:
  • Lead the Front Lines: Oversee daily administrative and field operations for the delivery department, supporting a team that treats one another like family.
  • Master the Logistics: Manage the "nuts and bolts" of daily route preparation, truck loading, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure 24/7 Reliability: Facilitate daily staffing and on-call rotations, ensuring our community has access to equipment and support at any hour.
  • Maintain Excellence: Oversee regulatory compliance—including DOT, FDA, and OSHA standards—to protect our patients and our 45-year reputation.
  • Direct Patient Impact: Coordinate special orders and troubleshoot delivery issues, ensuring our patients receive the specialized attention and instruction they deserve.

If you are :
  • An Experienced Leader: A professional with at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably within the Home Healthcare or DME industry.
  • A True Team Player: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment but never loses sight of the "human" element of the job while coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Dedicated & Versatile: You understand the commitment required for a 24/7 operation and are ready to provide on-call leadership or jump into the field when the team needs an extra hand.
  • A Problem-Solver: A proactive thinker with strong organizational skills who wants to grow within a stable, locally owned company.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years driving history with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and navigate various weather and traffic conditions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic handheld devices and basic office equipment.

To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief note explaining why you feel this role is mutually beneficial.
