Job Description

Large medical center in Honolulu has a full-time opening on their team for a Fiscal Services Coordinator. This position will be responsible for productivity analysis, contract administration, and project management. 


The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in finance and operations for a health care facility and will also have experience working directly with physicians.


This position does not provide parking. 


Additio​nal Responsibilities:


Productivity Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze physician productivity and develop operational reports
  • Maintain database systems with accurate information
  • Meet with physicians to discuss reports and calculations
  • Calculate incentive payments
Contract Administration:
  • Generate and review physician contract reports
  • Work with various departments to develop contract terms
  • Ensure contracts are properly executed
Project Management:
  • Outline project activities and stakeholders
  • Monitor project timelines and goals
  • Present recommendations to management and other teams
  • Manage project budgets


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in finance and operations for a healthcare facility
  • Previous experience working directly with physicians
  • Knowledge of the health care industry and working with financial systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Proven project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • Physician revenue cycle experience
