Are you looking for a part-time job over the holidays? A company in Waikiki is looking for a Front Desk Admin to support them with a variety of administrative tasks. 


The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Microsoft Office, has great communication skills, and is an expert at multi-tasking. If this sounds like you, apply today!


You will be working from 12/17/2018 through 1/18/2019 and your shifts will be 4 hours per day from 9:00am-1:00pm. However, flexible hours are available.    


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Answer and forward phone calls 
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with light data entry
  • Perform other duties as assigned 


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Ability to commit to the full duration of assignment 
  • Previous administrative experience desirable
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
