Job Description

We are seeking a professional Front Desk Admin for a financial company in Honolulu. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for answering multiple-line phones, greeting guests and clients, and handling all incoming and outgoing mail. 


This position will run through the end of the year, with a good possibility of long term extension. 


Addit​ional Responsibilities:


  • Answer and forward all incoming phone calls
  • Greet guests and clients
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system 
  • Manage office inventory 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous admin/ front desk experience
  • High computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good typing skills and phone etiquette
  • Great organizational skills
