Front Office Administrator

The Carpet Shoppe, Inc. dba American Carpet One Floor and Home, a well-established employee owned kama'aina company consistently voted as one of the best places to work, is searching for someone special to be our ambassador of first impressions in the role of Front Office Administrator. If you are able to fulfill the following requirements, you too could be a part of our organization and an employee owner:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with & assist customers in-person and over the phone
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications
• Able to learn quickly
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-pace environment
• Able to sit for longer periods of time and carry up to 15lbs
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays

Pay Range: Depending on Experience
