Full Time Maintenance Site Supervisor (Waipio)

Job Type: Full-Time  

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 6AM-2:30PM  

Location: Waipio, HI  

Pay Range: $20/ per hour

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance team
• Perform and oversee basic maintenance tasks, including plumbing, lighting, and minor repairs
• Schedule and carry out pressure washing of exterior surfaces as needed
• Conduct rooftop inspections to ensure structural integrity and address issues proactively
• Supervise and assist with interior and exterior painting projects
• Oversee janitorial services and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained across all facilities
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules
• Diagnose and resolve facility and equipment issues efficiently
• Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and compliance standards
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and inventory
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to maintenance staff
• Support budgeting and cost control for the department
• Identify and implement improvements in procedures and workflow

• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor or leadership role
• Strong working knowledge of facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)

• Detail-oriented with strong time management
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a team
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Experience working with vendors and managing service contracts
• Committed to safety and continuous improvement
