Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5 pm
$27 per hour

Position Overview

The Talent Management Specialist supports the full employee lifecycle across site operations, including recruiting, onboarding, training, compliance, workforce development, and new site startup support. This role helps ensure site teams are properly staffed, operationally prepared, and aligned with company standards and service expectations.

This position also serves as a hands-on operational resource by providing interim site coverage, supporting site transitions, and assisting with operational setup and implementation at new locations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in site management operations and a strong understanding of AOAO property operations, vendor coordination, resident relations, compliance requirements, and multi-site operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for site management and operational positions
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
  • Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future operational needs
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Lead onboarding and orientation for new site managers and operational team members
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules, documentation, training, and system setup
  • Ensure completion of required hiring paperwork and compliance requirements
  • Support successful transitions into assigned site roles and responsibilities

Training & Workforce Development

  • Develop and facilitate training programs for site management personnel
  • Provide hands-on field coaching, operational guidance, and performance support
  • Identify training opportunities and implement development plans
  • Support leadership development and operational readiness across assigned sites

Compliance & HR Support

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, safety standards, and site requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records, training documentation, and compliance tracking
  • Support corrective action and performance management processes in coordination with leadership
  • Monitor completion of certifications, required training, and operational compliance standards

Site Coverage, New Site Setup & Operational Support

  • Provide interim site coverage during staffing gaps, absences, or operational transitions
  • Support new site startups, including staffing coordination, operational setup, supply readiness, and onboarding implementation
  • Assist with implementation of company standards, procedures, and operational expectations at new locations
  • Support continuity of service and operational performance across multiple properties
  • Assist with troubleshooting operational issues in coordination with site leadership
  • Serve as a flexible operational resource across assigned locations

AOAO & Site Management Support

  • Support AOAO site operations in alignment with property policies and community standards
  • Assist with enforcement of site rules, operational procedures, and compliance expectations
  • Support maintenance coordination, inspections, work order follow-up, and vendor performance management
  • Maintain professionalism and strong customer service while handling resident concerns and operational matters
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication across properties and leadership teams
  • Assist with emergency response coordination and operational readiness as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site management, operations support, property management, or a related field required
  • Experience within AOAO, condominium, commercial, hospitality, or multi-site environments strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of AOAO operations, resident relations, vendor coordination, compliance requirements, and site procedures required
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR support, training, or workforce development preferred
  • Experience supporting new site launches, operational transitions, or workforce implementation preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations and operational environments
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, operational reporting systems, and documentation management
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay Range: $27.00  per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Monthly car allowance provided
  • Gas reimbursement for approved business travel between sites
  • 40 hour position
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
