Job Description

The General Manager is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the restaurant, which include the selection, development and performance management of all employees and supervisors.  Also, the General Manager is responsible for monitoring margin control, tracking food and labor cost, handling inventory control, and upholding La Tour Café’s mission statement of serving quality food with excellent customer service.
