Job Description

Industrial equipment rental company is looking for a General Office Clerk to work in their office. This position requires a high level of customer service and strong multi-tasking skills.

Addition​al Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer multi-line phone system and provide assistance to callers.
  • Perform data entry and update system with accurate information.
  • Schedule all rentals and ensure that equipment insurance is updated.
  • Handle general office correspondences, including letters and emails.
  • Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with other general office related duties as needed.

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous office or administrative experience required.
  • Must be able to keep up and complete tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Must be able to work well independently.
