Ginny Tiu Community Spay/Neuter Center Coordinator

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as the Ginny Tiu Community Spay/Neuter Center Coordinator! Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the Ginny Tiu Community Spay/Neuter Center
- Schedule appointments for spay/neuter surgeries and manage client communications
- Maintain accurate records of surgeries, medications, and client information
- Assist veterinary staff with pre- and post-operative care of animals
- Educate clients on the importance of spay/neuter and proper pet care
- Organize and participate in community outreach events to promote the center's services
- Collaborate with local animal welfare organizations and rescue groups
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for the center
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase the center's reach and impact

Requirements:

- Strong passion for animal welfare and commitment to the spay/neuter mission
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in customer service or client relations
- Knowledge of basic animal care and handling
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
