What will I be doing?
 

As a Guest Ambassador you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

 

A Bilingual Japanese/English Guest Ambassador with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for greeting guests, providing customer service, general location information, and directing guests to marketing desk locations.

 

 

  • A Bilingual Japanese/English Guest Ambassador with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for greeting guests, providing customer service, general location information, and directing guests to marketing desk locations.
  • Advise visitors about available services, pointing them to the Marketing Desk location, and otherwise sharing promotional materials.
  • Distributes Hilton Grand Vacations authorized marketing material and information. Assist customers with general information inquiries.

  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English (speak, read, and write).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 1+ years of proven customer service experience.
  • Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations skills in person, over email, and on the telephone.
 

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree helpful.
