The Guest Service Manager is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through resolving guest discrepancies and situations that arise in a professional and positive manner.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Handles guests' needs and complaints.
  • Supervises lobby and front of the house employees in the absence of the respective Department/Sub-department Heads.
  • Maintains various logs, including but not limited to: Airline/Poterage/Valet Fees/and Coupons.
  • Logs all incidences and occurrences during assigned shift.
  • Ensures that all duties of the "Guest Service Manager Daily Duties Checklist" is competed.
  • Assists Reservations Department after hours and on weekends.

Qualified Candidates Must Possess:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of hotel management experience.
  • Working knowledge of hotel and front desk operations.
  • Experience in a Union setting preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, sound judgment and the ability to work well with a diverse staff.
