Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Center including office administration, ticket sales, café operations and exhibit galleries during open hours by providing exceptional leadership while working alongside volunteers, interns and staff. Serve as team leader, role model and problem solver for onstage team. Establish world-class standards to meet the needs of our guests in three primary areas: the condition of the exhibit galleries, café and reception area; the hospitality and service of our staff; and the quality of the family learning experience. Implement our comprehensive training curriculum and evaluation process for volunteers, interns, and staff. Observe and respond to challenges with clear communication and good humor while staying focused on world-class results. Participate in special events or after-hours programs, as needed.
