Job Description

A well-known local bank is in need of temporary assistance in their HR department. The full-time Admin will assist with recruiting and hiring processes and handle a variety of administrative tasks. 

 

Candidates for this role need to have excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Great interpersonal and team-work skills are also crucial. This position will go for up to 3 months and start ASAP. 

 

<​strong>Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with recruiting and staffing for various bank locations on island
  • Track applicant status and follow-up 
  • Maintain employee records, enter data into system, and file related documents
  • Assist with the hiring process including the distribution of offer letters, coordination of interviews, onboarding, etc.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous administrative experience
  • General HR knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and team-work skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to start ASAP and commit to the full length of assignment
