Job Description

Get your foot in the door of one of Hawaii’s leading nonprofit organizations that specialize in helping children all while expanding your knowledge of human resources! This local nonprofit organization has an open position for a full-time temporary HR Admin in Kalihi! You will be working on higher level administrative tasks in the HR department. Your job will include:

 

  • Performing data entry and maintenance
  • Creating and advertising job postings
  • Screening applicants
  • Maintaining general updates to the website
  • Handling other assigned duties

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous HR and administration experience required
  • Must have working knowledge of HRIS
  • Able to commit up to 4 months
  • Familiarity with computers
  • Willingness to dive into project driven work
  • Organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to learn fast and apply knowledge immediately
