Job Description

Perfect opportunity to gain HR experience! A locally owned, natural food store is expanding and in need of temporary assistance in their HR department to help with recruiting for their new location.


We are looking for someone that can start ASAP and can commit through August. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent administrative and interpersonal skills and effective communication.


Add​itional Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the recruitment of new employees.
  • Assist with prescreening, scheduling, putting up job postings, interviewing, pre-employment, orientation, etc.
  • Answer phones, emails, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Handle other duties as needed.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Previous HR, especially recruiting, experience is highly beneficial.
  • Able to start ASAP and commit through August.
  • Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Highly detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
