Job Description:

Responsible to deliver sound HR guidance and solutions in employee and labor relations, and policy administration. Will also be involved in projects and initiatives that support HR process improvement solutions and enhanced programs and services. 


  • At least five (5) years experience in labor and employee relations, investigations, policy design and management. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all organizational levels and with a varied audience, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with potential candidates and all levels of the organization. 
  • High degree of competency with applicant tracking systems, employment background check practices and databases; adult learning concepts, practices and procedures. 
  • Proficient leadership and strategic thinking. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. 
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. 
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Google's G Suite.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Ability to manage staff and resources.
