The Opportunity:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Program Manager to join our Hale Ulu Pono Semi-Independent Living Program on Oahu. This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary range of $52,000 - $55,000, based on education and experience. What do you have to do?

The Hale Ulu Pono Program Manager is responsible for resource management, including new-hire selection, staffing, performance evaluations, grievance handling, counseling, and progressive discipline. In addition, this position requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with the designated Department of Health, Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD), and the Department of Human Services Community Care Services case management providers.

 

What You'll Need to Succeed:

🎓 Education – A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is required (social work or human services preferred).

🚗 Driver's License – A valid Hawaii driver's license and a clean driver's abstract (no more than 3 violations in the past 3 years).

🌺 Experience – A minimum of three (3) years of experience in supervising employees and teaching and training others.

🔍 Clearances – Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and sex offender checks.

📞 Flexibility – Must be available to provide on-call support after hours as needed.

🚙 Transportation – Use of your personal vehicle with current registration, a safety check, and insurance is required. Mileage reimbursement IS provided for work-related travel.
