Handyperson for Real Estate Company

At Home Hawaii, a real estate sales & property management company, seeks a part-time handy person to join our residential real estate team on Oahu. The optimum person should have the basic knowledge and experience with: simple carpentry, drywall repair, painting, electrical, plumbing, and be able to repair windows & screens, doors, floors, etc. Basically, a multi-talented all-around fix-it person who pays attention to details. Must be able to lift 50lbs. and climb a ladder when necessary. This handy person must be available to respond to the occasional after-hours/weekend trouble call, be licensed to drive their own reliable insured vehicle and have positive attitude.
