Hawaii's Finest Project Director

Hawaii’s Finest Clothing is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Project Director to join our growing team. This role will help oversee and execute a variety of company projects including events, retail operations, pop-ups, merchandise development, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about creativity, culture, and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing projects across multiple areas of the company

• Support production timelines for merchandise development and fulfillment

• Help organize and manage retail operations, expos, and pop-up events

• Collaborate with the design team on creative concepts and visual assets

• Coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness

• Assist with social media content planning and scheduling

• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule

• Maintain strong communication and organization across all projects

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or multi-department coordination

• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Creative mindset with interest in branding and design

• Experience or interest in retail, merchandising, events, or marketing preferred

• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team
