Some Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or 3-5 years of HR management experience.
- Recruitment and Onboarding of new hires.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage Employee Relations. Assist in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Track performance evaluation due dates and staff anniversary dates and follow-up with department Vice Presidents.
- Assists with agency-wide committees including safety, wellness, DEIB, Holiday, cultural and communications committees.
- Maintain job description bank for all agency/department staff positions. Update job descriptions with the input from department Vice Presidents.
- Processes payroll accurately and timely.
- Work alongside ALTRES (benefits facilitator) to ensure communication and competency of staff benefits.
- Support daily operations of the HR department, including managing HR software and handling general administrative tasks.
- Supervise Reception staff and Front Desk Area
