Job Description

Local company with over 60 years in the construction industry has an immediate opening on their Human Resource / Payroll department. This role will be responsible for processing company's payroll, maintain employee and financial records, and compile relevant reports.

Additiona​l Responsibilities:


  • Process and record company's payroll for 90+ employees.
  • Perform a high level of data entry and maintain accurate employee and financial records in system.
  • Compile and analyze a variety of payroll and HR reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR related policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the employee benefit administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and company procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous HR and payroll experience with strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce. Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team-player attitude.
  • Great verbal and written communication.
  • Strong work ethic and initiative.
