This position's primary responsibility is to inspire, motivate, and lead the Front Of House staff with the company mission in mind, and to ensure Customer Satisfaction and that Service standards are met. Front of house Supervisor must be able to train new staff and have the employee meet job standards. Duties also include ensuring that restaurant functions are within health code regulations, while meeting/exceeding sales and profitability objectives. The Front of House Supervisor will also have limited administrative responsibilities which will need approval from the General Manager. This is primarily an “on the floor” position, with a focus on Staff, customers, and operations, with secondary focus on admin duties and side projects. The position is expected to know how to expedite food, delegate tasks to employees, and provide leadership and support.
