- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons for infants and toddlers
- Provide attentive care and supervision to ensure children's safety and well-being
- Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions and guidance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment
- Assist with diapering, feeding, and napping routines
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's daily experiences and progress
- Collaborate with the afternoon team to ensure smooth transitions and consistent care
- Document children's activities and developmental milestones as required
- Adhere to all safety protocols and licensing regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift and carry children up to 35 pounds
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work afternoon shifts and occasional extended hours as needed
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
