Job Summary

Serves as a technical expert and participates in or oversees a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, and network products in an information technology infrastructure environment. The role is broadly split between providing day to day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services, and project-based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services. 



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology Management or equivalent and three (3) years of experience in network operations and support. 
  • Must have functional knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory. Knowledge of Microsoft Server technology and infrastructure platforms including Windows server operating systems, messaging (Exchange) database (SQL), web proxy (ISA), and Remote Desktop Services. 
  • Credit must be in good standing. 
  • Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
