Job Description

Great long-term work opportunity! A local electrical supplier is seeking a full-time Admin Assistant who will support their sales team. The Admin Assistant will oversee company correspondences, handle orders, and perform general office duties. 

 

The ideal candidate is someone who shows initative, has excellent organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently juggle multiple projects. 

 

Additi​onal Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle office correspondences over the phone, email, mail, or fax
  • Match invoices with PO's and follow up once products are ready to ship
  • Resolve any order issues 
  • Assist the department with reviewing technical drawings
  • File project folders and customer orders in an accurate manner
  • Perform other general office duties such as printing, copying, supply ordering etc. 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous office experience desirable
  • Knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational, mulit-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to finish projects promtly and accurately
  • Great team worker
