About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations.

This role is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming product, maintaining inventory records, identifying discrepancies, performing inventory adjustments, and ensuring products are organized and accounted for properly.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy and communication are critical.

Candidates must currently reside on O‘ahu, Hawai‘i. Relocation is not available for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete system updates
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and product variances
• Perform daily inventory adjustments for damaged, obsolete, donated, and sample products
• Support cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory activities
• Organize product storage, labeling, and warehouse inventory locations
• Communicate inventory concerns and stock issues with internal teams
• Assist with stocking product including bread, milk, and eggs
• Operate forklift equipment when necessary
• Work in refrigerated and cold-storage environments for extended periods
• Follow company safety procedures and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or retail inventory experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly
• Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when business needs require
• Forklift experience preferred
