Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our team for full-time residential construction work throughout Oahu.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in both rough framing and finish carpentry, can read and interpret construction plans, and is capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

This position is intended for an experienced carpenter, not an entry-level helper.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform rough framing and finish carpentry on residential construction projects.
• Frame walls, floors, roofs, decks, and other structural components.
• Build and install stairs, railings, doors, windows, trim, and other finish materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
• Take accurate measurements and complete carpentry work efficiently.
• Perform construction work associated with custom homes, additions, and renovations.
• Identify and communicate construction issues to the project supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other trades.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential carpentry experience preferred.
• Strong skills in rough framing and finish carpentry.
• Experience with stairs, decks, railings, and residential renovations is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have basic carpentry hand tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites throughout Oahu.
• Ability to safely operate common carpentry tools and equipment.
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits
