Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation Specialist to join our team in the Construction & Skilled Trades industry that's been servicing the island of Oahu for over 31 years. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully completing home renovation projects, specifically focusing on kitchens and bathrooms. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for running projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive kitchen and bathroom renovations, including carpentry, drywall, kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, glass doors, tile work, masonry, and cultured marble.
- Manage and oversee renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Provide leadership and direction to a helper or apprentice, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality on all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the renovation process.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in home renovation, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom projects.
- Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, glass doors, tile work, masonry, and cultured marble.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on the job site.
