Oahu Care Facility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for part-time flexibility while continuing to provide meaningful, hands-on nursing care in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
As an LPN at Oahu Care Facility, you will work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, and resident-centered care.
What You'll Do-
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and established nursing standards.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within the LPN scope of practice.

Monitor residents and promptly report changes in physical, mental, or psychosocial condition.

Assist with implementing and updating individualized resident care plans.

Provide direction and guidance to CNAs and other nursing team members as appropriate.

Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, supervisors, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team.

Complete timely and accurate nursing documentation.

Respond appropriately to changes in condition, falls, emergencies, and other resident care needs.

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as assigned.

Follow infection prevention, resident safety, HIPAA, and facility policies and procedures.

Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Hawaiʻi

Current BLS/CPR certification

Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Dependable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care

Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar nursing experience preferred
Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: Oahu Care Facility, Honolulu, HI
Pay Range: $36.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-Time; shift and schedule based on facility needs
