Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi | Full-Time | Starting at $22.00-$24.00/Hour Depending on Experience

Morning & Afternoon Shifts Available
Company Vehicle Provided During Shift

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

As a Lead Merchandiser (Driver), you'll play an important leadership role by safely transporting Route Merchandisers to scheduled customer locations while helping ensure each account is serviced efficiently and to HFA's merchandising standards. You'll work closely with Area Managers to determine customer needs, support Route Merchandisers throughout the day, and help maintain consistent service across multiple customer accounts.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, staying active, mentoring others, and delivering excellent customer service throughout Oʻahu.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a company vehicle to transport Route Merchandisers to scheduled customer locations
  • Coordinate with Area Managers to determine customer needs and daily service priorities
  • Lead, support, and mentor Route Merchandisers throughout the workday
  • Stock and rotate food products on shelves and displays
  • Maintain organized product presentation and inventory levels
  • Move product from store backrooms to sales floor displays
  • Assemble and remove promotional displays as needed
  • Build positive relationships with store associates and managers
  • Help train and coach Route Merchandisers on merchandising standards and best practices
  • Monitor merchandising quality and communicate store, product, or service issues to management
  • Use company applications to complete mileage tracking, product counts, and timekeeping
  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, safety, and excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving history (10-year driving record review)
  • Smartphone with internet access for required work applications
  • Full-time availability (8 hours per day / 5 days per week)
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Previous merchandising experience preferred
  • Previous leadership, trainer, or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication, reliability, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team
  • Must currently reside on Oʻahu
