Licensed Massage Therapist

CHART Rehabilitation of HI is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team at our Honolulu location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient service. This role involves assessing patient needs, delivering therapeutic massage treatments, and contributing to overall pain management and wellness.

Duties

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each patient's requirements.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment effectiveness and address specific pain management issues.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, patient progress, and any relevant medical terminology.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing any patient concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support occupational health initiatives and enhance overall patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid state certification or licensure in massage therapy is required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential.
• Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques is preferred.
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs effectively.
