Professional & reliable agent with an active Hawaii real estate salesperson license needed to  show vacant rentals, and assist buyers & sellers. 

Home Holders LLC located in downtown Honolulu seeks an independent contractor agent to coordinate and show the companies vacant rentals, processing inquiries on buying or selling property. Candidates are required of 2 years experience in showing property for rent or sale. The right candidate will have knowledge of the neighborhoods and condo buildings with current active real estate license. Certificate on completion of the real estate national and state testing is envisaged.

Office work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. It only take a couple of hours each day to contact inquiries and host the showings. The agent is intended to set his own workload remotely out in the field with no office hours required.  Position includes extending the company clientele in collaboration with the principal broker and operating individual prospection.

Compensation is commission based and determined on successful rental tenant bookings or sale closures.
