Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician
Pay: Starting at $18+/hour, based on experience

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic knowledge of building systems, and a commitment to keeping our property in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the building, including units, common areas, and parking structure

• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly and professionally

• Assist with inspections and preventive maintenance tasks

• Maintain cleanliness of mechanical areas and storage rooms

• Support vendors and contractors as needed

• Follow safety procedures and building protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or building experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces

• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $18/hour and up, based on experience

• Paid holidays(double pay if worked) and 5 days vacation after 6 months, 10 days after 1 year
