Job Description for Holy Family Maintenance Technician

position.Responsibilities

•Inspects and troubleshoots various equipment and systems; perform preventative maintenance;

•Handles basic repairs and maintenance, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.

•Completes regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs;

•Maintains grounds, including trimming, edging, lawn mowing, collecting trash, etc.

•Performs necessary cleaning activities, such as mopping, collecting trash, etc.

Skills and Experience requirements:

•High school diploma or GED;

•Skilled in the use of hand and power tools;

•Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings;

•Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches;

•Experience performing routine maintenance;

•Ability to maintain focus while working individually;

•Valid driver’s license;
