We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to help support our facilities and maintain the work environments that keep our operations moving day to day.

This role is important in helping create safe, clean, and well-maintained spaces for the teams that help serve our communities across the islands.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout company facilities
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspect equipment for operational issues
• Assist with minor repairs including painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties throughout warehouse and facility areas
• Maintain interior and exterior building spaces, shipping areas, racks, guardrails, walls, floors, and fixtures
• Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools including buffers, vacuums, scrubbers, mops, and general maintenance tools
• Troubleshoot maintenance concerns and report larger repair needs when necessary
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all team members

What We’re Looking For

• General labor or maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with painting, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Strong attention to safety and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Good communication skills and willingness to support multiple teams
• Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in quality work
