The Marketing Administrative Assistant supports the marketing and communication team by providing excellent service to volunteers, donors, customers and supporters.  Duties and responsibilities include assisting with front office reception, volunteer in-take, grant preparation and communications.




The ideal candidate will demonstrate computer proficiency, effective communication and value teamwork, excellence, achievement and motivation.  Must enjoy working with people, be passionate about making a difference in the community and possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance diverse projects.




Requirements include high school diploma or G.E.D., plus three (3) years of related customer service and administrative experience.  Administrative support experience in non-profit and/or marketing is highly desirable.
