Responsibilities:

- De-nail lumber, stack, cut, and catalog salvaged materials for reuse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Foster excellent communication within the Warehouse team
- Create and maintain a vibrant, positive, and safe work environment for staff, volunteers, donors, customers, and visitors
- Attend all safety meetings and adhere to safety requirements
- Support special projects around our Redistribution Center
- Take care of tools and equipment

Requirements:

- Ability to switch tasks quickly and efficiently
- Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to new challenges
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, honest, and efficient work ethic
- Strong connection to and support of our organization's mission
- Proficiency in cell phone and email communication
- Capability to attain high proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Physical ability to perform material handling tasks
