Job Description

CHART Rehabilitation of HI is looking for a medical receptionist to join our growing team!  As the first point of contact for our patients, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a family-oriented environment, and is excited to be part of a team where everyone jumps in to help. Compensation & Benefits 

• Starting at $18/hr — pay open to negotiation based on experience 
• Benefits available for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick leave, and 401k

Schedule 

• Full-time 
• Monday through Friday (7:30 am to 6:30 pm) 

What You'll Do 

• Greet patients and check them in with their therapist 
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar 
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries 
• File and scan documents accurately and efficiently 
• Help with insurance verification 

What We're Looking For 

• Medical front office experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train 
• Comfortable using computers and practice management software (WebPT) 
• A dependable team player with excellent communication skills 
• Able to multitask.
