At Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA), our work helps keep Hawaiʻi’s stores stocked and the products local families depend on available every day.

We’re looking for a dependable Morning Route Merchandiser to service stores from Iwilei to Hawaii Kai. This is a hands-on, independent role for someone who enjoys staying active, taking ownership of their work, and knowing that what they do each day makes a difference.

As a merchandiser, you’re one of the final steps in getting our products where they need to be. You’ll make sure shelves are stocked, products are fresh and organized, and our customers are ready to serve their communities.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to assigned stores from Iwilei to Hawaii Kai
• Stock and replenish shelves and displays
• Rotate products and check freshness
• Keep displays clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Communicate with store teams and managers
• Manage your route and daily priorities independently
• Help make sure customers can find the products they need each day

Schedule

• 4:00 AM start
• Full-time
• Weekends and holidays required
• Early start means you can finish earlier and have more of your day

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products throughout the shift
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills

We are looking for dependable and motivated team members who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and managing their own route while representing one of Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned companies.

No office. No warehouse. No sitting behind a desk all day.

As a Route Merchandiser at HFA, you will manage assigned store accounts throughout East O‘ahu while ensuring products are properly stocked, organized, and consistently represented in each location.

• Traveling to assigned store locations throughout your route
• Stocking and replenishing products on shelves and displays
• Rotating inventory and checking product freshness
• Maintaining organized and visually appealing product displays
• Building positive relationships with store teams and managers
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying restocking needs
• Working independently while managing your daily route

Every day is active, fast-paced, and different.

Schedule

• Early morning start time (4:00 AM)
• Full-time position
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Route-based position servicing East Oʻahu store locations
