Job Summary

Interviews and counsels members about mortgage loans and accepts mortgage loan applications. Establishes and maintains business relationships with members, and guides and follows their mortgage loans from application through loan closing. Builds and maintains referral relationships with branches, realtors, builders and other sources of mortgage referral business.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university; or five (5) years lending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of lending in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) License or Registration required.
  • Credit must be in good standing.
