Navigator (Oahu, Full-time)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Wrap Navigator helps navigate a compassionate, efficient, productive, respectful, and safe Wrap meeting for the youth, family, and service providers.  Provides continued support to the Facilitator throughout the duration of the Wrap case.  Responsibilities include consulting with the Facilitator, parent, and youth advocate before each Wrap meeting.  Follows-up on tasks assigned to Wrap team members and identifies any barriers or concerns.  The Navigator assists the team in assuring strategies and solutions can be accomplished, if there are barriers, requests will be made to the Wrap Coordinating Committee.  The Navigator ensures that all confirmed key participants have a general but clear understanding of the Wrap process and protocols, makes final preparations and adjustments in collaboration and consultation with the Lead Navigator and Wrap Manager.
