Kamitoku Ramen at South Shore Market in Kakaʻako is hiring 2–3 friendly and dependable Servers to join our team.

Kamitoku specializes in rich beef bone broth ramen, Japanese comfort food, and warm hospitality. We are looking for team members who can provide attentive service and help every guest enjoy the Kamitoku experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks efficiently

• Explain menu items and make recommendations

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team

• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Serving or customer service experience preferred

• Restaurant experience is a plus

• Valid Hawaii Liquor Card or ability to obtain one before starting

• Friendly, dependable, and professional

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

• $16 per hour plus tips

• Staff meal provided during shifts

• Uniform provided

• Health insurance available for eligible full-time employees
