Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our prestigious hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and providing exceptional guest service during the night shift. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hospitality environment and enjoy working independently.

Responsibilities:

? Greet and assist guests with overnight check-in and check-out
? Provide friendly, attentive service and handle guest requests or concerns
? Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and reconciling accounts
? Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports
? Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment overnight
? Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts
? Process payments and ensure accuracy in all transactions
? Communicate effectively with other departments for smooth daily operations
? Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized

Requirements:

? Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
? Basic accounting or cash-handling experience
? Experience with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Ability to work independently and stay alert overnight

Education:

? High school diploma or equivalent required
