Nursing Supervisor

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of resident care are met.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON), your responsibilities will include:

Program Assignment Oversight, Quality Assurance, RAI Compliance, and Resident Care.

You will be supervising the CNAs, charge nurses and restorative aides during your shift. There may be times you will be required to cover shifts on the floor as charge nurse.
