Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. The RN Supervisor provides clinical oversight, supervises nursing staff, and ensures delivery of quality resident care in compliance with federal, state, and facility standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, effective, and compassionate nursing practices while supporting the Director of Nursing and facility leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and provide direction to nursing staff during assigned shifts.

Monitor resident care and ensure compliance with care plans, physician orders, and regulatory requirements.

Respond promptly to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion.

Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and staff performance.

Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating nursing staff.

Ensure proper documentation, medication administration, and infection prevention protocols are followed.

Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, families, and administration.

Uphold facility policies, procedures, and quality standards while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

Current Hawaii RN license in good standing (required).

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or acute care setting (supervisory experience preferred).

Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
